• All invoices are payable within 10 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions due to third-party failures or natural disasters
• Client misuse of provided services

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if the client:

• Breaches any terms of this agreement
• Engages in illegal activities
• Fails to make timely payments

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to the terms of any specific contract in place.

10. Amendments
Evolgence Telecom Systems Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our official website or notified directly.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, Govt. of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.
