Android App :
Evolgence is an enterprise communications and mobility platform for geographically distributed Field Sales and Service Resources.

Dialer :
1. We have our own Evolgence dialer and when the user makes our dialer as default, we will ask for call log and read contacts permissions.
2. If Evolgence Dialer is not set as default dialer then the rest of the CRM functionalities will function normally without the call log and read contact features.

Background Location :
1. It is a 360 degree front line ( distributed branch Field resources ) work management platform enabled through a mobile CRM.
2. Field resources travel time and time spent at the client location for work and resource utilisation and distance calculation for fuel compensation
3. The field resources will also be asked to switch on the Location services in consent with the resource as well as the organisation management.
4. If the field resource does not give the permission for location services, the the rest of the CRM features will function normally without the client location geo tags.

CRM Features :
1. 360 degree Lead Management, Customer management with Stage movement followups schedules Relevant customer info.
2. Ability to connect with customers on calls and switching video calls.
3. Line management review and Huddle meetings on telecom and video conference modes.
